MINNEAPOLIS (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – This Mother’s Day (May 9), give Mom a gift that really sticks.Though some would argue that mommies like flowers and jewelry on Mother’s Day, duct tape enthusiast Tim Nyberg says the sticky stuff makes an excellent gift for Mommie Dearest.
Flowers eventually wilt and die, but a dozen roses made out of colorful duct tape last forever.
Duct tape can also give Mom the gift she probably needs more than anything else – rest and relaxation.
Nyberg says kids can tape Dad’s mouth at night so his snoring doesn’t keep Mom up all night, and in turn, hubbies can seal their kids’ mouths shut so the lady of the house can enjoy some peace and quiet.
Duct tape can also enhance Mommy’s body.
Nyberg explains, “It makes an excellent girdle. It’s also a Wonderbra in a roll. Beauty queens use it to enhance their cleavage, so Mom can do that too.”
