`The Drag Olympics' Put Queens To Work
Being a successful drag queen is tough, just like the obstacle course at The Way Out Club's annual Drag Olympics.

LONDON (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) The Olympics have NEVER been such a drag especially with a bunch of crossdressers competing. On May 15, Londons The Way Out Club will hold its 14th Annual Drag Olympics hosted by Vicky Lee, founder of the popular transgender nightclub.
Fierce drag queens will have to run through a challenging obstacle course that resembles a day in the life of a crossdressing performer.
Lee says tasks include jumping through hula hoops, since queens have to jump through hoops to get bookings, and quick costume changes as they run from the stage to the dressing room.
They must also limbo in heels because drag queens often bend over backwards to get paid, and finish off by chasing down a guy in a Hawaiian shirt pretending to be a shady, evasive promoter.
Although the event is quite a workout, Lee advises all participating drag queens to still look fabulous by wearing their highest heels and most glamorous threads.
