Keep A Running Log Of Poo
Keeping a record of your poo -- including its color, smell, and texture -- could prove to be quite valuable.
Monday, April 26, 2010 17:32 GMTMOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) Next time you drop a deuce, you should log a description of your log.
Josh Richman is the co-author of Poo Log: A Record Keeper (Chronicle Books), a journal for recording and learning about your bowel movements.
Richman says its important to keep a running tally of your pooping patterns, including how often you poo and its quality.
He says the varying size, texture, smell, and color of your poo says a lot about your health.
For example, a big, solid turd means your digestive system is working well, while a pebble poo may mean you need more water and fiber in your diet.
Like a snowflake, Richman says no one poo is identical to another, and theres no such thing as the perfect poo.
Everyone should, however, strive for poo-phoria, that blissful feeling that comes from dropping one good monster poo.
Richman says poop unifies the world since everybody everywhere does it.© Copyright 2010 Wireless Flash News Inc
