PACIFIC CITY, Ore. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Once upon a time, one man had a patriotic dream: To bring sex appeal to the American Constitution.

With Independence Day (Jul. 4) nearly here, FlashNews decided to track down former radio DJ Bob Pagani who ran the famous “Bill of Rights Hotline” in the mid-90s, a 900-number that featured a recording of a sexy phone operator named “Bambi Aurora” who, for $1.98/minute, would read the Preamble and Bill of Rights to callers in a sultry, seductive voice.

Pagani says his main goal was to get Americans interested in the Constitution since “nobody really knows what’s in it.”

The hotline was successful for a few months, although Pagani admits only one person ever made it through the entire recording, which took Bambi about 12 minutes to recite between long, sexy pauses.

Although the number is no longer in commission, Pagani isn’t opposed to re-opening the hotline someday and figures people still probably don’t know their Rights.
