HOLLYWOOD (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A man who’s been dressing up as the Incredible Hulk on Hollywood Blvd. for the past 10 years is angry – really angry.

The LAPD has banned costumed characters from performing for tips on Hollywood Blvd. and actor Joe McQueen – the one and only resident Hulk – blames it on inexperienced rookies.

Unlike vets such as himself, McQueen says novice actors have been bringing Hollywood Blvd. down for years with their crappy costumes and “strong-armed soliciting” of tourists.

McQueen says rookies also make the tacky mistake of counting their tips in public and breaking character – total no-nos on the turf.

He believes the “riff-raff,” often unskilled wannabes and homeless people, “ruin it for the veterans” who belong there.

In fact, in 10 years, he’s never even been arrested once as the Hulk and made up to $75 a day in good, honest tips.

McQueen’s dream is to organize a worker’s union for costumed vets where anyone who joins is subject to background checks and taxes like any other profession.
