NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A couple of TV brothers are hellbent on being “royal pains” to one another both on and off camera.

Mark Feuerstein plays Dr. Hank Lawson on the USA Network’s comedy, Royal Pains, returning for a second season tomorrow (Jun. 3).

Feuerstein says nothing is more realistic on the quirky medical series than his relationship with onscreen little brother Paulo Costanzo, who manages to bug the crap out of him all the time – just like a real brother should.

The duo were recently filming a scene when Costanzo started copying everything Feuerstein was saying. The TV doc retaliated by mimicking him right back, and then a “shouting match” ensued for 10 minutes straight in some random language they created.

Feuerstein adds, “We were SO irritating, we cleared out the whole set.”

And the brotherly love doesn’t end there.

Feuerstein says he and Costanzo are “always competing,” each fighting to get the last line in every scene they shoot together.
