LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – LOST may be finished, but angry fans are demanding a do-over.

Filmmaker Richard Halpern – who insists he “really tried” to love LOST but ultimately gave up on the mind-boggling series – has just started a Facebook group called “1,000,000 People Who Want The Producers To Reshoot The LOST Ending.”

He wants disappointed LOST fans to band together and protest the over-hyped season finale, which, in Halpern’s opinion, was a huge let down.

He thinks the ending didn’t answer enough burning questions and left devoted fans hanging – like always.

To him, the inconclusive finale only proves that LOST is “lame and full of bad acting,” and ultimately a ploy to milk fans for all they’re worth.

Halpern’s theory is that the creators of LOST never really had an ending planned. Instead, they left it open to eventually release a LOST film franchise and keep die-hard fans – and their wallets – stuck on the island forever.
