Dino Nowak says his Chocolate Chip Cookie Diet involves eating a cookie at breakfast, lunch and dinner in addition to balanced meals of fresh vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins.
Combined with exercise four days a week, he guarantees youll lose weight on the diet.
Nowak came up with the Chocolate Chip Cookie Diet to deflate fad diets which claim to help you lose weight with some miracle food like cabbage soup or apple cider vinegar. He says the key to his diet is the balanced meals not the cookies and thats the case for all those fad diets too.
In his words, Every diet does the same thing: It modifies your eating behavior, which helps you lose weight. But its the cabbage soup or the chocolate chip cookies that get the credit.
