BRISBANE, Calif. (Wireless Flash) If you always thought the internet was populated mostly by nerds, heres proof.
A new online survey of netheads between the ages of 18 and 34 shows that most of them think Luke Skywalker is a bigger hero than Jesus Christ, Martin Luther King or Mother Teresa.
The survey, conducted by Access Communications, polled 16,000 netheads 90 percent of which happen to be male.
The inter-nerds pick Star Wars and Braveheart as the two greatest films of their generation.
Nirvanas Nevermind album was selected as The Most Influential Album followed closely by Metallicas Master Of Puppets.
The explosion of the Challenger Space Shuttle was selected as the Defining Moment of the Generation, followed closely by the fall of the Berlin Wall, the rise of the internet, the Gulf War and the introduction of Nintendo which ranks higher than the Oklahoma City bombing.
Finally, the internerds claim Saddam Hussein is the Biggest Villain of our Generation, followed by Barney the Dinosaur, O.J. Simpson and the IRS.
