NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – They’ve made ice cream out of everything from peanut butter to cookie dough, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that avocado ice cream is on the way.
According to food expert Dianne Keeler-Bruce, avocado ice cream will become one of the hot food trends in 1998, mostly because people want their desserts to be healthy.
Keeler-Bruce says tomatoes will also be turned into desserts, with dishes like sweet tomato tarts and tomato puddings.
If you have a passion for passion fruit, you’re in luck because it’s also on the trendy 1998 recipe list and can be added to everything from meat to appetizers.
And, finally, it looks like the coffee craze is about to poop out. Keeler-Bruce predicts green and organic teas will replace cappuccino as the beverage of choice for harried office workers.
